An Overview Our organization provides relevant information to enhance professional goals and objectives in advancing the opportunities of women in the workforce in South Carolina. SCWW! focuses its efforts on employment and training legislation, both federal and state, and its impact on the women and families that we serve. South Carolina Women Work! is dedicated to the empowerment of women of diverse backgrounds and individuals with barriers to economic stability by establishing partnerships with various agencies, organizations, businesses/industries, faith-based organizations, and communities. We hope to create opportunities for change through education, training, and professional development. Anyone who is interested in Women's Issues and Nontraditional Training and Employment may become members of SCWW! and National WW!. We welcome business and industry leaders, community developers, workforce development professionals, agency providers, secondary and postsecondary teachers and administrators, job developers, and state and local agency service providers. Our information promises to be informative and beneficial for all professionals spearheading initiatives in education, job training, and equity programs. |
